So on the new plan, I get 29 points a day.
I had a prawn Mayo sandwich for lunch which had 290 cals and 1.2 g Sat Fat. On the old Weightwatchers that would have been around 4 points from my daily 21.
On new Weightwatchers it works out as a whopping 8 points. That's a 1/3 of my days points. On a teeny sandwich.
Grumble.

I made a New Year's resolution that 2009 would be the year I would finally get healthy ... with the aim of losing 70lbs. That journey was the start of changing many things in my life for the better ... and I'm still on the journey!
