I made a New Year's resolution that 2009 would be the year I would finally get healthy ... with the aim of losing 70lbs. That journey was the start of changing many things in my life for the better ... and I'm still on the journey!

Mmmm looks delicious!
Strawberry and banana topped up with some apple juice and Alpro Light (which is pleasantly vanilla-y). I cheat and use a base of pre-prepared frozen veg which I can keep in the freezer for just such an occasion, and then just top up with fresh fruit as required. Yum!
