Another shitty, crappy, stressy day; another day repeating the mantra to myself - I will not let this ruin my eating for the day.
End of.
I made a New Year's resolution that 2009 would be the year I would finally get healthy ... with the aim of losing 70lbs. That journey was the start of changing many things in my life for the better ... and I'm still on the journey!

Be strong !! Nothing is worth falling off the wagon for hunnie. Whatever the problems are, eating will not help, it will just make you feel worse in the long run x
Crappy, stressful days are the true test to whether or not you're really in this for good. Buck up and be strong... you've got this and you'll be better off in the long run for it.
I'm good - I had to eat something just because I missed lunch meeting the deadlines, but it was under control and I trawled through the fruit available before hitting any junk - no more points used than if I'd had actual lunch - just a slightly unconventional meal. Feels good not to just be mindlessly munching though - thanks for your comments guys!
I know how you're feeling today, work has seriously pee'd me off. Still, I've made it to 7pm with my points still in tact so we've both managed a minor victory :)

great idea... don't let the uncontrollable control you... hang in there
get out on your bike-let the tyres take the stress out :)
