I took these on Friday, as I thought it might help me to have some pictures to compare progress-wise along the way. Not the most elegant but they'll do.
As you can see - I am in fact Smiley McSmiley in the photos - clearly I was taking it all very seriously at the time! So these are at week 12, with another weigh in due tomorrow morning. Total loss at this point is 23lbs.
